Ian-Patrick Thibault
Ian-Patrick is the founder of Coworking Rive-Sud, a space originally dedicated to entrepreneurs and innovation in Montérégie.
With more than 20 years of experience in improving industrial processes, he has developed expertise in entrepreneurship, co-creation and optimization of work environments.
Its mission: to accelerate the growth of entrepreneurs through innovative projects and the sharing of best practices. Its goal is to build a dynamic and collaborative ecosystem conducive to the development of businesses on the South Shore of Montreal.
Today, he puts his experience to work for those who want to build successful businesses, firmly anchored in their community and actively contributing to a more sustainable future.

Julia Boursin
Julia joined Coworking Rive-Sud in July 2025 for a six-month internship as part of her studies at EMLYON Business School, a leading management school in France.
Bilingual in French and English, she completed a university exchange in the United States, strengthening her ability to operate in international and multicultural environments. She has concrete experience in marketing and communications, acquired through previous internships and academic projects, as well as expertise in event planning thanks to her involvement in her photography association, Déclic.
As Marketing and Communications Manager, Julia leads Coworking Rive-Sud's digital strategy: website management, content creation, social media management, brand image development and visual communication initiatives.
Its objective: to increase the visibility of Coworking Rive-Sud, strengthen its positioning in the coworking market in Montreal and bring together a dynamic community through engaging initiatives.

Maelys Letienne
Maëlys joined Coworking Rive-Sud as part of her 6-month internship at EMLYON Business School from July to December 2025.
She uses her marketing and communications skills to actively contribute to the development of the structure.
She also participates in the management of social networks, the organization of events and the promotion of the brand.
Her sensitivity to user experience and her dynamism bring real added value to the projects she leads.
Its objective: to increase the awareness and attractiveness of Coworking Rive-Sud through innovative and impactful actions.

Jessica Santos Cartaxo
Jéssica joined Coworking Rive-Sud as part of her internship at EMLYON Business School, from July to December 2025. With an international background in Portugal, Germany and now Canada, she brings a global and dynamic vision of the business world.
Through her experience in a law firm, at Cheer Up! emlyon, and at the Hesse Regional Parliament, she has developed strong skills in client relations, project management, strategic analysis, and communication. Curious and proactive, she knows how to adapt to different environments and take on varied challenges.
Specializing in business development and customer relations, she is fully committed to contributing to the growth of Coworking Rive-Sud by promoting the company's offerings and building strong relationships with partners.
Its objective: to boost the development of Coworking Rive-Sud by developing effective business strategies and creating lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Solange Duault
Solange has joined Coworking Rive-Sud as the new marketing manager for the next few weeks.
A student at EMLYON Business School, Solange brings a solid background in management, coupled with hands-on experience in sales strategy and customer relations. At BETC, she helped monitor campaigns for Ferrero Rocher, working directly with sales teams and clients. She also gained valuable field experience at Mamzelle Popinette, combining sales, digital marketing, and customer contact.
At Coworking Rive-Sud, she will be in charge of:
Lead management and tracking
Business development and prospecting
Customer support and improving their journey
Performance analysis to identify growth levers
Its objective: to actively contribute to the growth of Coworking Rive-Sud and to develop skills in business development issues.

Constance Blin
Constance joined Coworking Rive-Sud as part of her internship at Emlyon Business School, from January to July 2025. With international experience in Germany, Estonia and now Canada, she brings a global vision of business and marketing.
Specializing in digital, operational, and event marketing, she creates content, manages social media, and develops the brand. Her expertise in hospitality and e-commerce allows her to adopt an approach focused on customer experience and communication.
Its objective: to strengthen the visibility and growth of Coworking Rive-Sud through innovative initiatives.

Manon Boussinesq
Manon joined Coworking Rive-Sud in January 2025 for a six-month internship as part of her studies at EDHEC Business School in Nice.
With diverse experience in hospitality, event management, and business development, she has developed a strategic and creative vision for marketing. Her academic and professional background has given her expertise in project management, marketing, and customer relations in international environments.
As Communications and Marketing Manager, Manon is responsible for managing the website, creating content and developing Coworking Rive-Sud's digital strategy.
Its objective: to strengthen the image and reputation of Coworking Rive-Sud through innovative and engaging actions.

Julia Lazuka
Julia joined Coworking Rive-Sud for her internship at Kedge Business School from January to July 2025. Passionate about dance, negotiation and international trade, she puts her energy and creativity to the service of business development.
With experience in communications at Meltin'Dance, merchandising at Intermarché and customer relations at Nature & Découvertes, Julia has acquired solid expertise in project management, digital strategy, negotiation and sales development.
Specializing in business development and customer relations, she does everything she can to help Coworking Rive-Sud grow, by boosting the marketing of offers and building strong ties with partners.
Its objective: To boost the growth of Coworking Rive-Sud by developing impactful business strategies and creating lasting relationships with clients and partners.

Romain Pouplard
Romain joined Coworking Rive-Sud as part of his internship at Kedge Business School in Bordeaux, from January to July 2025. Originally from Paris, he brings a dynamic and strategic vision of commerce and customer service.
Thanks to his experiences at Sofidy, FDG Group and Intermarché, he has developed solid skills in customer portfolio management, sales promotion and optimization of commercial processes.
